HONGAN Group yards are implementing ISO9001:2015 & and GB/T 19001:2016 Quality Management System, certified by DNV GL. Project quality management plan to meet project requirements. · Project quality personnel qualifications meet project requirements: Project quality managers, quality engineers, auditors, CSWIP/CWI inspectors, NACE II /III inspectors, ASNT or PCN NDT personnel, Dimensional control inspectors etc. · Full set of Class approved WPS/Procedures/Welders which fulfill project requirements. · Databases are used for: Material Traceability, Welding/NDT Traceability, MC & Pre -Commissioning and Commissioning, punch list clearance and inclining test . · Inspection records and final dossier to be approved by all parties.
